Michigan Penal Code 750.543k prohibits providing material support or resources to a terrorist or terrorist organization. The statute defines material support or resources to include:

The statute also prohibits knowingly providing or attempting to provide material support or resources to a terrorist or terrorist organization, regardless of whether the material support or resources are actually provided.

The penalty for violating Michigan Penal Code 750.543k is a fine of not more than $20,000 or imprisonment for not more than 20 years, or both.
